The better question would be 'what ISN'T hurting?'

Day 2. I'm one of those people who like to feel the burn, work up a sweat, kick my own arse.... well, mission accomplished. Day 2 was cardio and given the thorough butt-kicking I received yesterday, I was expecting the worst. So when we started off with some mild yoga poses for the first 6 minutes, I was thinking, "Okay! This might not be so bad!" When am I going to learn not to judge the whole video from the warm-up? It's a warm-up, Carli! That means it's going to get harder! Yep, it sure did.
The cardio video mixed alot of elements together - kenpo kickboxing, plyometrics, core, and yoga; each one causing a pool of sweat on the floor. I got smarter today - I brought a towel with me instead of grabbing a dirty shirt out of the laundry room because it was close.
Sadly, I suffer from the cliche' ailment of Generation Y - instant gratification. I've never been fond of things that take months to work. I want to see results yesterday! To be fair, P90X promises results in just 90 days - two drops in a bucket when it comes to reeeally losing weight. But I couldn't help checking myself out in the mirror this morning to see if there is any difference between today and yesterday. Nope. Not yet. But! This program is 90 days, right? I was in basic and advanced training for longer than that. So if I can do that with scary people yelling at me and being starved to death, then I can do this! Bring it!!
