Dropped the ball this morning

Day 12. Didn't get up this morning. Sonofawitch. It's no secret that I have to get up earlier than humanly comfortable to do this thing. Some mornings have been harder than others. Yesterday I felt like telling Tony where to stick his X. It was only yoga anyway, right? But I sacrificed the extra hour and a half of sleep and I was quite proud of myself for doing so, if I do say so myself. But I paid for it last night. I was almost asleep in the recliner with Little Man building a train track on top of me when Big Mo decided we better clean house for the air conditioner man. That's all it took to send my mood packin to a much darker place. I helped, but with a bad attitude. As I was throwing clothes around and snapping at Little Man (who was wrapped around my leg crying for "his mama back"), Mo says to me, "Dang! You need to skip tomorrow and get some sleep! You're way too grumpy!" And I agreed. But I still had good intentions to get up this morning.

I ended up falling asleep in the recliner with Little Man later that evening and at 4:15 this morning I reset my alarm for 5:45 and didn't think twice about it.

Today's high temperature is only 79 so it shouldn't be too hot in my garage. And today is Back and Legs, which I enjoy. So tomorrow I will give a full report.

There, I told all (4) of you that I am going to do it so I can't back out now. I also stuck with my diet today and took an extra flights of stairs to make up for not working out this morning - another breakthrough! Usually after skipping a workout, I fall out of rhythm and give up for the day.

So, I haven't "Brought it" yet. But I will!!!!
